My personal experience with being forcibly vaccinated when I was a kid. Then it was the measles / mumps vaccine . I was trying to get away and the nurse caught me pinned my right arm on table; I was screaming. Doctor then injected both the measles and mumps vaccines. Mumps vaccine only hurt a little but the measles was as bad as it looked and painful. My recollection was that the measles syringe was about a foot long with needle and filled with green liquid. In those days syringes were glass and reused. The experience was so bad that I remember it decades later.
