Elvis- go figure. Did not expect to like this. My son wanted to see it. I came out of this with a really enhanced appreciation for the man. I've always liked Baz Luhrmann- and this movie was no exception. But what really interested me was the societal background of Elvis. I didn't realize he'd been friends with so many black performers. What a waste he died so young. Anyway, if I could appreciate it I'm sure someone who actually liked Elvis' music would love it.
