The grand jury has seen it. If Trump is indicted another jury will decide.

I've always thought that people who are not on a jury and haven't seen the evidence but think they know if the person should be convicted, are by definition ignorant of the facts. Not very thoughtful.

I will say most defendants are too poor to afford a fair defense. Trump isn't.
