A takeover basket update:

Atlas Air (AAWW) finally closed today.

Some other closures recently: STOR, OIMM, SJI

TEGN - FCC halted merger (= loss for me todate)

AJRD. Still holding ($58 for about $55.75 now)

SAVE - DOJ lawsuit challenges it (= loss for me todate)

MGI, ATCO Close - waiting for completion

ATI I gave up. Very small loss for a very small position

SIMO. Will Chinese approve? Still holding. Loss for me so far.

KSS. It had rebuffed offers. (Sigh). Still holding. Losing position.

HRZN Still holding. ($116.50 for about $108.71)

Overall I estimate a marginal gain from my endeavors here. Hard to say, but it doesn't feel like it's worth the effort or anxiety to chase already announced or announced&accepted takeover offers. Much more beneficial of course when the offer comes to an already-held stock (AJRD/ATCO/AJRD etc.). Unless it's a takeunder -- I've been there too.
