Joachim, according to Christian theology, the Jews didn't kill Jesus. Instead, he died willingly for our sins, as was foretold by the Old Testament. The whole "Jews killed Jesus" lie is a twisting of scripture and defeats the whole purpose of Jesus coming down from heaven to Earth. Even Jesus himself stopped Peter at the Garden of Gethsemane from defending him during his arrest. I have no idea why that lie persisted for so long. Maybe it was a Crusades thingy. Tenchusatsu
