Tom, you're not alone, I too have been running that "stupid question" through my head ever since mention of the second offering. To me, if they we're interested in putting $$in the bank, why didn't they do things to raise the stock price. All legitimately of course. They should have rode the last wave and positioned themselves where they could get $15-$18/share.
Yes, I too wonder why all the hype. Public reaction seems to be like this is a new IPO. ???I don't get it.
Are those shares liquidable upron reciving them? I haven't heard anytrhing to the contrary, so I assume they are. BOOM, now we have more than 4X our recent average daily just waiting to be sold. Again, even at $11 why haven't all these people who want them been loading up in the $10 range. Strange indeed!! I would be surprised today if it holds even. But since stranger things have happened, I suppose it'll close above $14.
Even if the shares are sold at 13 9/16, if the price it above that when they get their hands on them, I see chunks being sold on any weakness.Time will tell.AugustWest.
