There are 100,000 dead, maimed, traumatised Russians who don't think USA politics is a domestic affair. Mqurice the press-ganged forcibly kidnapped adolescent and aged conscripts and other men in Ukraine are also unlikely to be giggling at that hillbilly hayseed as their bodies are blown apart by Russia holding the line in Donetsk, Luhansk, Mariupol, Crimea.
