Some humanitarian and climate officials this year have warned that ... in the 2011 famine in Somalia in which a quarter-million people died.
You mean Somalis starved because the climate changed under their noses? And if that hadn't happened, Somalia would be a land of milk and honey?

North Korea is about to suffer yet another round of famine due to flooding. Should we blame North Korea's piss-poor infrastructure, which has been exacerbated by their totalitarian personality cult?

Or should we blame that "climate changey" thingy?
