The symbol is PRTI.

I'm interested in buying, but with this latest
takeover issuing 1 million shares, I'm worried about what that'll do
to the share price. Does anybody know if they've already issued the
new shares? Everything else looks good to me, I just want to get in
at the lowest point I can...
