11 am lunch. Eat breakfast at 6am, can't until noon. My friend Rick is up early he eats Cheerios at 6. He can last until noon. Can't figure out how he does that. Low sodium noodles 240 mg sodium, black beans, some veggies and 6 low sodium Triscuits 50 mg per six crackers, total fibre 8 mg. Total calories 360.
