I have a USAA account, now down to just one cc. I could start a thread with CS horror stories. If I had recorded every one of those, I could be doing stand up to packed audiences. Right before I hang up I like to end with something like this:

"One day you'll be fired when they don't need you anymore. Your company sucks. I suggest you look for another job now."

AI will make my statement true in the next 2 years.
