According to money manager Joan Lappin, IIXC a wholesaler of switched long-distance services, is a cheap stock versus competitor Qwest Communications (QWST 72 23/32), as the stock trades at only a 40 multiple, versus QWST which sells at a 72 multiple; in fact, according to Lappin, QWST "is a terrific stock to sell short" as IIXC makes money while QWST is only now beginning to provide services and only 16.5% of its revenues come from the telecom business.
