STMicroelectronics NV said its supervisory board has decided to propose a dividend of $0.24 a share for last year, unchanged with the year prior, at its annual general meeting. The European chip maker said late Thursday that the dividend will be distributed in four quarterly payments of $0.06 each starting in the second quarter of 2023.
