Capitalism needs redefining. That is all.

I worked for one of the most competitive and successful companies out there.

It was an education on how things should be done.

It was all about the people working in business. The head honchos were disciples of this guy.

and yes, they knew their stuff.



If you watch, or even worse pay, any of the modern "Six Sigma" or "Black belt" "efficiency" consultants or turnaround companies they will mention all the things Deming says except the most important one... the people working in the company.

They also wont mention Deming, tptb dont want his ideas to percolate at all. That is why he has been consigned to the history books.

Sad, but there we go.
