Jack,

I'm surprised you haven't gotten a lot of responses. My impression is that there are a lot of very sophisticated traders on this thread that have a lot of experience with different traders. There are a lot of companies that offer no fril trades at very reasonable prices. I use Schwab online trading ($29.95/trade of up to 1000 shares). I know there are numerous companies which trade for less, but I don't do a lot of trading and I feel very good about the amount of service I get for my dollar from Schwab. I have heard quite a bit of negative comments about the service with some of the cheaper services like E-Trade and the likes.

Hope this is of some help. I am interested in others experience and opinions.
