Allen, while I'm pleased we're only down slightly this morning, I have to wonder what will happen when the news becomes more widespread. I think there are quite a few shareholders who have not yet heard about this court ruling.

I expect than when Iomega is formally notified of the court decision, they will have to issue a press release like they did with the European court rulings.

When the news hits Business Wire, we'll probably see a more significant reaction. Then we will also have to wait for the 2/27 court decision in order to know approximately where we stand.

Even though I believe that Iomega has the ability to limit the impact of Nomai's potential sales in a number of ways, I'm not certain the average IOM investor will be willing to wait and see. I hope some of the Nomai issue is already priced into the stock, but if it is not, we could still take a pretty good hit.

It looks like we'll continue on a bumpy road this quarter. I think it's time to do a little trading on the side.

Regards - Dale
