Wharfie, the Taliban took back Afghanistan under Brandon's watch, not Trump's. That's a fact.

You're arguing that Brandon didn't have the power to change course with regard to the Trump-initiated withdrawal, but that's bullshit because Brandon already extended out the timeline from mid-April to September 11, 2021. He did that in order to celebrate "Mission Accomplished" on the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.

Instead, the Taliban had other ideas, probably because they didn't like how Brandon was dragging his feet with the withdrawal. So they rose up and attacked. U.S.-friendly positions fell laughably fast, forcing Brandon to pull in the withdrawal timeline to August and escape with his tail between his legs.

I'll never forget when Brandon himself promised that Kabul would not be like Saigon:

Biden Says Kabul Is No Saigon - WSJ

This was back in July of 2021, less than a month before Brandon was proven wrong.

Face it, Brandon owns the Afghanistan surrender. He and Trump had the right idea in getting the F out of A*ghanistan, but Brandon executed it in the worst way possible.
