Paul, you indicate the new system will impact SOES traders negatively, but to be honest, whenever I used to SOES trade, I would get filled a small percentage of the time and always had much better fills with preferencing or going against an ECN. In terms of commissions, how would that be affected? Commissions are paid on a per share basis, not a per trade basis (unless things changed since I SOES'd).

Anyway, I am interested in seeing how the New system develops. It'd be nice to know that when I do NASDAQ I can hit a bid and have a good chance of selling the stock without having to preference.
