Bill,
They just released him 14 months early because Tucker Carlson showed he was innocent.
No he is NOT "innocent." They're just letting him out of jail early for good behavior, which is typical of any inmate who does likewise.

In the eyes of the law, he is still a convicted felon, and this will affect his ability to own firearms in most states, as well as his ability to get a job, etc.

If he wants that conviction vacated, he'll have to file an appeal and base it on TucQer Qarlson's "93% peaceful protest" narrative.
