Hi J,

I have a small position in ET. The only risk (besides the normal operational risks) is the army corps of engineers reviewing the Dakota Access Pipeline (from memory its a $2.4B risk). It's already been built and operational but there is a River / Lake issue with the local Sioux reservation.

If it wasn't for this over hang the unit price would be 50% higher.
