Gandalf Share holders were officially looted I didn't loose that much on this investment compared to some of you. I don't see why there isn't a law suit pending on this. Let's review the obvious. The board authorized the management to pay themselves millions, and to make sure that the entities represented by the board got paid their millions. Mitel got equipment, contracts, and the name. Basically they got the company at large, without its shareholders. Quite a nice situation for everyone but the investors. I figure the above mentioned beneficiarys new what the shares would be worth when they were done with their wheelings and so they sold them off ahead of time. Seems like even a half baked lawyer could make a case for us out of this.
