The substance of the case is indisputably bogus.
As I keep saying, if the substance of the case revolves solely around hush money paid to a pron star, I would agree with you. I don't have to be a legal expert to see that classifying said payment one way or another shouldn't be that big of a deal.

But there is talk about approx. 30 charges that will be filed against Trump:

We don't know what they will be. The only reason why we're talking about the pron star is because Trump said so.

And the only reason why people are assuming that the case is ONLY about that is because, once again, Trump said so.

Trump's word is shit, so we'll have to wait for the official announcement before we can start forming informed opinions about the whole matter.
