There's a lot to respond to in your post, Brumar, but I'll just respond briefly to this one point:
There are 34 counts in the indictment. Some of the charges will likely stick.
Based on what? The sheer volume of charges? The quantity IS the quality?

I'll never forget the child molestation trial of Michael Jackson. He was charged with nine counts. Surely with that many charges, some of them will likely stick, no?

Instead, he was acquitted on all of them. I remember this because his supporters outside the courtroom were releasing doves, one for every acquittal.

Hence it's folly to assume that any of the charges that Alvin Bragg brings will stick. We really need to get to the substance of the charges and how likely Teflon Don will squirm his way out using his usual tactics.
