No, mostly the API for IBKR.

I used TS a lot in the 1990s before it became a broker. Briefly had an account with them when they were a broker but remember the commissions being very high at the time and had mostly moved on from easy language. Knew a few guys that kept using it. Maybe it's better now overall, no idea. Very early on I had no clue about coding and wasn't savvy enough to outsource some of it so easy language was the most robust platform available to me at the time to test out ideas. Now it's a cottage industry across multiple platforms but more importantly enough brokers offer datafeeds and APIs to code pretty much whatever you want on your own. My TS was so old their anti-piracy technique was some dongle you plugged into a computer port, I think a serial port, remember those? Or maybe it was a printer port as a pass-through? It's been so long I forget exactly. Met a guy when I was in college that had a workaround for those, ha.
