Michael- 1 million more shares may impact the stock for a little while. I'm not sure how many shares there are now but I know there are not too many. But, keep in mind that this new acquisition is a great one. PRTI gets a bunch more wells (over 200, I think) and the revenue for one year equals the the total purchase price. The wells are in Ky. and Ind. and the product can be transported easily to the East coast where the big markets are. I like it a lot. I think PRTI got a heck of a deal. Does anyone know how many total shares there are ??? Lowest price ???? Can't get any lower than 0.40 per share. Jump in now before the weather turns cold. Remember, we finished one well recently. We have 499 to go. We get 7.5% of the revenue from each well.
