Even CNN's Fareed Zakaria seems to agree with me, that trying to cover-up hush money to a pron star might not be as big of a deal as it should be:

And whatdayaknow, he brings up the Lewinsky scandal and the notion that Bill Clinton didn't commit perjury because anyone would lie about getting a blow job. (I exaggerate, but the overall gist is still concerning to me.)

Fareed does mention how Trump is likely to face more serious charges in regards to other investigations, but they should be treated separately from the Bragg case.

In short, Fareed does think that Bragg's case is likely weak and will test some "novel legal theories."

And this is someone from CNN who thinks this way, although to be sure, Fareed does seem to be more of an independent thinker than most other CNN spokesholes.
