Mr. Pink,

Do you know the nature of the Air Conditioning business? Do they sell new units or are they involved in the more lucrative overhaul and repair aspects? If it is a marketing business, do they finance any transactions through the TAD division?

I have made the assumption that ACRT deals with A/Cs for large commercial applications. I think the window A/C business is controlled by the household appliance manufacturers.
