Its a Sunshine black. The further skier's left you stay you catch more of the fall line. We had soft snow, its a big enough field there were fresh pillows all morning. After the first 1:20 in the vid its onto a green. We ducked over to Piste Noir rather than the Green Run to get back to the lift.
On a clear day the view is something else. "Boine (Mt Assiniboine) off in the distance. Divide chair is the one that takes you into BC for a few hundred metres. One ride up had an Ontario guy with us, he was envious of us Albertans and not just the skiing. He brought it up not me btw.

Different muscle group doing xc. My quads get singing pretty good on 2nd day, especially when it was just daughter and I. Gotta help though being somewhat fitter rather than sedentary all winter. I'd go for it if I were you but then I'm a big fan of xc.
Over a hundred snow outings this winter- 95% xc.

I'm really happy with my Volkl Kanjo 175's I got last year. I couldn't get the ol Prior pontoons around anymore. If the snow was too hard they chattered on me cause I couldn't point them downhill enough. I skied them 2-3 years too long. Moguls gotta be nice and soft before I enjoy them.
