While I have sold off 80% of my holdings, I'm very concerned about what you are saying. You're getting little information, BUT when they do talk to you they tell you they are being extra careful due to heavy scrutiny??? If no one was watching them, would they behave differently? Your comments continue to lead me to believe the shorts were right and you are just a bigmouthpiece for a scam company. At the very least, it sounds like the best ERGB management can do is cower in the corner and blame their problems on shorts and people writing comments on SI. If that were even remotely possible, it would be done every day and folks could make a fortune. *There's a lot more news. Most of it hasn't been released yet. The officers and directors seem to be getting tired of watching the stock languish * If they have good news and they are tired of the price at this level, why don't they release it? Cos or Tonto, please send me a private message on SI if you have any information about ERGB being a scam. I have read the entire thread, but can't seem to put it all together. I feel like Scott has mislead me into buying and I have a huge loss because of it. I realize I should not listen to everything people say, but he had a convincing argument. I want to take as much information as I can and turn it over to my lawyers. Scott, you once said I can call you. What is your number so that I can pass that on as well?
