Richard,

I seem to remember similiar things being said of AOL and many other stocks (RMBS is my best 2nd example at the moment).

What I think you fail to take into account is the fact that TPRO will most assuredly be seeking to expand through acquisition in order to accumulate the personel and distribution resources that it requires.

As I've understood this business sector at the core level, it is highly fragmented and ripe for consolidation. Using Y2K as a driver for earnings and valuing its stock, I believe you will see stock based transactions that should drastically enhance the revenue stream and consilidate it market position in a post-Y2K environment.

I still believe that the market will be capivated by this company's story and will provide the institutional and stock price support necessary for the company to meet its goals of expansion through acquisition.

Just my humble opinion.

Regards,

Ron
