Great comments by Dennis, Jon, Larry, etc. I agree w/all
that HAS purchase of TIGER puts alot more risk in RADAF.
On the other hand:

1) absence of press release from RADAF probably means that
ODM buisness is safe for this year at least.

2) Low price/sales ratio paid by HAS may be an indication that
this was a fire sale, rather than really buying the potential
of TIGER.

3) It will take a year (at least) for TIGER to begin competing
directly with RADAF's new products, and I am not sure that they
have the technology to do so--anybody seen their fishing game
yet?

4) RADAF's costs are not that much more than TIGER's--I don't see
how, particularly with the overhead of a HAS, that TIGER products
will severely undercut RADAFs unless they are vastly inferior.
