Today we get more evidence that Impact Silver aka IPT has changed its approaches. For years, IPT avoided doing PPS as they meandered along around break even, but today they announced another $7M PP even though they have what seemed to me to be plenty of cash on hand. I am not a big fan of this one -- the 27 cent price is too low and each unit includes a 35 cent warrant to boot -- so they had better put the money to good use. ca.finance.yahoo.com LC
