Thank you for the article from Schwab. It summarize AMD's position well. Everything is riding on its 0.25 ramp up. Really though there is no new earth shattering news here. Almost all of these point have been discussed already here or on the other AMD thread. One thing that I have not seen is that the German government is pressing AMD on its financing package. If they lose the subsidy from Germany they are really in deep trouble. As for the down side I agree it is really limited due to the break up value or total take over value.
