Casey, Neural nets eh? Sounds like you're an engineer/scientist, welcome to the club. I'm sure someone is playing with that kind of idea but I don't know of any specifically. Let us know if you run across anything. I'm starting to think our horse is dehydrated (or L poisoned him out of spite). By and by, you'll make a bunch of money but we may retest the old lows first - don't panic sell would be my advice and if we see 8 or 9 again consider buying more but be willing to wait a few quarters for the big score (it could be sooner, but it may not).
