A friends mom has a cottage at Muriel Lake and most years some friends and I go there for a few days. Water is trucked in and stored in a tank, to conserve water we use the outhouse instead of the cottage. While we we're there during the pandemic we talked about wearing masks and I made a comment calling them a filter, pointed to the screen on the door and said the screen would filter some but some would get through. That same trip I was going to the outhouse and as I passed my friend in the yard I said to him "I'm going to inspect the outhouse" to which he replied with a laugh "Don't fall in." I'm not sure if this was before or after the Lady of Lake said to me "Don't do anything rash", which I know she said to me a year or two after I talked to my friend (who works at a high level in the Alberta healthcare system) about a problem.
