The Internal Revenue Service on Thursday detailed its plan to spend $80 billion in additional funding that Democrats approved last year as part of their climate change and health care package.
I love that.

By going after unpaid taxes, we can find enough money to stop the climate from changing and make health care free for everyone!

After all, Trump proved that there are literally trillions of dollars out there for the IRS to go after!
