I think it was a leak, and the leak might be larger, but possibly already positioned

the leak likely contains errors, because everything includes errors

my <<code>> was done whilst I was time-multiplexing 5 tasks and made more cryptic by spell-check / auto-correct

just a reminder, that if USA / Russia at war, and I can easily believe the two are, then the leak, most likely done by USA-insider, is a major security fail

Now all near term losses, between now and end-year, can be blamed on the leaking of plan, as opposed to quality / execution of leaked plan
