Tom: Re: the whole pie ...
Out here in Sedona-land, we say "the whole enchilada". I suppose in Chicago, they'd say "the whole pizza pie". Whatever.
Acquisitions are as American as Mom, hot dogs and apple pie.
So is baseball. Which brings up the new Arizona Baseball team, the Diamondbacks (was that a clever transition, or what?). The D'Backs will be having their first opening day game, soon. They're already in the early days of Spring Training.
I think I'll buy several thousand tickets for all FBN fans to attend opening day ceremonies. Of course, you'd have to present your FBN certificates to prove you're a real supporter of our company. I suppose that we should also provide round-trip airfare for those living out of state. Accommodations at the finest local Hotels, of course. Dining at top notch residents around Arizona. And, to top it off, we'll even provide a shuttle bus to tour FBN's headquarters up here in the beautiful red rocks of Sedona ... a mere 125 miles away.
I better call and make those reservations right now.
<... pause while I call the D'Backs' ticket office ...>
Oh, darn. They're all sold out for opening day. Who'da thunk it? Oh, well ... at least our stockholders will know that I gave it my best shot. Perhaps they'll even buy more shares now that they know how much FBN management is trying to give back to their shareholders.
Remember our motto ...
FBN investors have NOTHING to worry about.
