A person's choice determines their gender.

It does to a degree, a “woman” who was born a man cannot conceive
and nurse a child no matter how hard (s)he tries even if she has undergone
a sex change surgery.

In sports there are women competitions and men competitions because a mixed competition
is unfair to women. Similarly, a competition where a biological male competes in all women
competition is unfair to biological female competitors. They disqualify for steroid use
in sports for unfair advantage. This is not gender discrimination, it is unfair advantage
pure and simple. (S)he can compete in mixed competitions.

I agree with the girl in the video, biological males competing in women sports is unfair competition to women.
It is separate from gender choice.
