I've only read about five posts so far and can tell that it's time to start posting any replies to cRocky on his thread. I say this because his claims are down right silly and a waste of time.

Looking at the Jaz price cut, I think that SYQT should have sold the SparQ at $299 and at least made some money. However, they thought that they could repeat the Zip performance by going further and selling the product at a loss (even though the Zip was never sold for a loss.) These guys have no plan, they just do things on a whim and, in my opinion, they are hurting other companies in this sector. When ever you have a sick company it hurts other companies in the industry. Look at the Savings and Loans in the late 80's and DD companies and quickly realize that healthy compaies take a hit at the expense of the sick one's tactics. And if one wants further evidance, look at all those asian companies that were dumping their products in the us, sooner or later it caught up to them.

It's time for SYQT to fold and let it's competitors sell products at a small profit.
