Del,
As an example, Informix making a profit is a big news on many newspapers, it showed on the front page article of Mercury News yesterday. As a comparison, Borland recent quarter recent did not generate much attentions. I think Borland is doing OK on PR/marketing, but it could do better. Del, believe me, I am the software chief of a well-known startup and we get a lot of free publicity on a weekly basis and it helps the sales.
