My idea was/is to build hospital cruise ships with small rooms with individual toilets then dining halls for eating. Then all the activity centers would be hospital rooms for the most ill and schools for those who want to get better. Offer FREE drugs, food and medical care to get off the streets and participate.

We need to end the idea that people have a right to keep expensive pets when they clearly can't care for themselves... as well as they have a choice of going to a regular jail or a treatment hospital ship if they show they are unable to care for themselves by being caught drugged on the streets with nowhere to live.

We could model it after AA and other 12 step programs where they are offered help but not forced to take it once on the ship. If they want to stay in a drugged up stupor in their tiny rooms, I'm fine with it as long as it is not on a street in a city where hard working people want to live. Then for those who want to get better, like AA, they learn by helping others as they help themselves. Eventually we'd have a large group of sober, recovered, harding working people who are trained to help others who could help care for an aging population...

I wish I had the time or incentive to push this idea further... though I do know from high school the husband of our current Lt. Gov. who I believe is part of the Hoover Inst.. and writes for a Fl paper.. so I'd probably start with him...
