Dear Jone, I think you should help your lawyer friend as much as possible. In the last suit against Iomega the lawyers got $236,00 and the Iomega consumers got neat $3.00 gift certificates for Iomega products. If your lawyer works real hard he could get a couple hundred thousand dollars and you will be rewarded with a neat $5-10 gift certificate for Iomega products. This should more than adequately repay you for your $40,000 lack of stock trading judgement. Also, people will be impressed on how you came out with only a $39,990 loss, instead of a $40,000 loss.
