Hi Dennis: I think both are good. However, for me I would
rather have the common and sell calls when it looks extended.
For examle, I sold the Feb 12 1/2 calls last week for 3/8.
That is about 2% in my pocket for less then one month and
I have more control. Others I know just bought the convert
in IRA accounts to forget about it .
