Yes, the big problem that was revealed by the leaked docs (other than how a 21-year-old gamer was able to leak them in the first place) is that Ukraine is running out of S-300 anti-aircraft missiles.

That could give RuZZia some semblance of air superiority later this year unless we accelerate deliveries of Patriot systems and other air defenses.

But the only thing that will give RuZZia is more freedom to fly aircraft at high altitudes. Maybe they'll finally engage some tactical or strategic bombers, though I doubt it given that Ukraine might save just enough missiles for these high-priority targets.

However, RuZZia still won't be able to provide close air support for their troops. You can thank the surplus of MANPADS and their track record of shooting down close air support aircraft like the Su-25 Frogfoot. And the Frogfoot was supposed to be the aircraft that could foil MANPADS like the kind that the Mujahideen used back in 1980's Afghanistan.
