WHITHER IMRS

Unlike most of the previous posters I was delighted with the conference call.I continue to believe that Satish is a truly extraordinary Visionary who is interested in maximizing LONG TERM shareholder value. The repositioning the company now is a stroke of genius as his getting ahead of the curve with respect to the opinions of the Analysts and the big institutional holders.I just finished reading an analyst report written after the call. The report concludes "we enthusiastically reitterate our strong buy rating. In my view based on this report I believe IMRS is now fully valued based on 1998 earnings expectations. I now have a 12 month price target of 60$. I believe one of the major benefits of repositioning the company will be that the cyclicality of IMRS will be reduced. While I have benefitted from it in the past by buying on dips I will welcome less less gut renching downward moves with my new plan to hold IMRS until 1999 to avoid paying as much as 39.6% of my gains to the IRS.I will be glad to privately answer any detailled questions anyone has about my impressions of the conference call.
