Hope everyone's having fun but just a couple of points to consider:

1. The"Suit" has been talked about for app. 6 months. I have some knowledge in this area. It doesn't take that long to start a lawsuit so I don't think its coming. Theres a saying in the legal business, particularly when the lawsuit may be risky, that the lawyer doesn't start working until he has "instructions" deposited in his trust account. Maybe the lawsuit should be started but with each passing day, becomes less likely.

2. While everyone has maligned the company over the past 6 weeks, the stock has gone from $2.00 to over $4.00 today with decent volume. Somebody has an interest in the company. The predictions in the fall by some on this thread were right but the later predictions that the stock would go to a $1.00 don't look so good right now.

3. The company cleaned up its balance sheet significantly last year and that will enhance any operating results this year. That assumes, of course, that there will be sales in the current year but first quarter will provide some indication.

4. To a lay person, not in the industry or as knowledgeable as many on this thread, the PR's seem to be steps in the right direction as some of the products that will be released this year are ones that I as a consumer would buy. Also, the trade magazines seem to have good things to say about the Corel products.

There are negatives and certainly the management issue is there. I understand investors who will not invest in Corel because management is their number one criteria when looking at a company. However, IMO, there has been a trading opportunity in the past 6 weeks and it may continue.. Peoples dislike for Cowpland and his actions of last year have made it virtually impossible to discuss anything the company does because anything positive that is put forward still comes back to "What about Cowpland". Just some thoughts from the West.
