So when I retired the first time I went back to school at Humber to get a Landscaper diploma.. gardening and DIY was always a passion.. So I took this interesting elective called the Nature of Ontario .. Prof was a cool guy but raving super green on warming ... interestingly one lecture he says that the Carolinian forest of SW Ontario (which is currently the northern tip where one can grow the exotic sounding but native pawpaw fruit tree :) and lots of Rhodos ) once extended as far north as La Baie James :) in your time frame russet.. So I asked him how does this sit with your GW beliefs... He could not answer :)
