I talked with David of BAT at length about our pressing questions.
Here are the questions and answers:

- What state is BAT incorporated?
Burbank, CA.

- Were they dissolved in Utah?

No, BAT left Utah to pursue electric car research at CalStart. That was
where the best research area existed and electric car research is
dominant in Burbank, CA.

- Why has BAT not had recent releases on Dow Wire.

BAT has no control over the Dow Wire. The Dow Wire picks
information that they feel is relevant to news. David said that the Dow
Wire is like a members only resort. They will send out information as it
interests them.

- Are there any news releases coming out soon?

Yes. David is waiting on Joe to give content and the word to send
them. The first one will contain confirmation from Ford on the dyno
testing. They are still working on the arrangements of this test. BAT
does not want to publish releases that are not substantial. They will not
publish releases just to bolster the price of the stock.

- When will USA Today print the article?

USA Today may be sending out a photographer to BAT today. That is
only a possibility. USA Today is doing due diligence this time. With
that we are not sure when the article will come out but it it likely on
Monday (if they print on President's day or Tuesday).

- Are you aware of the article in the LA Times about the SEC and
what is going on with that?

Yes, they are aware of the article in the LA Times. They are shocked
that this information was made public. David quoted me
the letter that SEC sent them and I quote: "This inquiry is confidential
and should not be construed as an indication by the
comission or its staff that any violation of the law has occurred, nor is
a reflection upon any person, entity, or security." They are
already having financials audited and will be released as previously
stated. They will comply with SEC if it comes to that. The SEC
has become interested because of the tremendous amount of volume of
shares traded in the past two weeks. We had more discussion
of the SEC, internet and such. The SEC is researching the internet,
BAT's involvement, and our postings. BAT has been present
only when it publishes on its web site that it will be present. The
impersonators are under scrutiny. BAT cannot pursue legal
action against the impersonators and flamers on the internet, it would
be far to time consuming. That will be up to the SEC to
investigate.

- Are there any licenses under way?

BAT has licenses to use Dolphin technology in power generation in
five states. The prime concern for the public is to get
the engine in a car and sell it. They are working on this with the testing
to satisfy Ford and other negotiations. David also
said that this media attention has diverted their attention from their goal
of continuing to prove this technology but they will
work with satisfying the media and answering any charges against
BAT. They will also not be diverted from their primary focus of
getting this technology to the market.

That was all the time we had. I hope this helps.

Sincerely,

Kent Kloock
