SUFER DECISION No. 110, OF DECEMBER 23, 2022
The Superintendent of Rail Transport - Substitute of the National Agency for Land Transport, in the use of the attribution conferred by art. 7, item XXI of Resolution No. 5,818, of May 3, 2018, as amended by ANTT Resolution No. 5,992, of October 13, 2022, and in view of what is contained in Process No. 50500.270110 / 2022-98, decides:
Art. 1 Publish, under the terms of item I, of art. 6 of ANTT Resolution No. 5,987, of September 1, 2022, and the art. 25, § 3, I, of Law No. 14,273, of December 23, 2021, the Request Notice attached for the purpose of making public ANTT's knowledge about the application, by the company Verde Fertilizantes Ltda., Aiming at obtaining a grant for railway authorization.
Art. 2 This Decision comes into force on the date of its publication.
